“I was originally looking for an in-person tutor, not thinking virtual tutoring would be as effective, but I was wrong. After interviewing Mrs. Moore and hiring her, I quickly realized she’s nailed virtual tutoring, and did so well before the pandemic. She has an organized system and curriculum and it has helped them immensely. In addition over the summer, they read Treasure Island with her. It’s been perfect. “Mrs. Moore is FANTASTIC! My son and her have only been tutoring for 3 months. He brought home a writing paper with an A. He was having such a hard time with reading and writing. He went from barely passing his classes, to holding an 89/90. She and my son have come so far in his studies only working 1 hour a week. It’s incredibly wonderful that video calls have come so far, considering we are in Texas and I carry a pretty busy schedule.
